Piccolo second transformation

i'd like to know how to make a second transformation with piccolo

i want to stat with the cape and when i transform the cape will fall of him as the orginal piccolo

its not possible right now because piccolo uses 1 model, where as visably transformed characters use 2 models

I think it should be a suggestion ...
