2 question(about adminmod and about servers)

1. where can i find adminmod for ESF , dont me to look in the thread talking about Adminmod because the link is not working on my comp for some reason and also with the link on the ESF website so where can i get it???
2.why sometimes i find servers that i start with 5 mil ki and on other servers i start with the regular ki assaigned, please tell me why and how can i do it if i open the server?

I can't help you out with adminmod

But when you join a server, it puts you at the server's average PL. So if you join a server that has been going at it for a while and their PL is large, yours will be when you join too. But if you join a server that has just started, you will start with a lower PL
