Ok, at first i thought it was my new v card, but i was playing ns all weekend recieving at the least 35-60. Ive recently tried after ive had a fiddle about with some settings and i cant get above 30fps now :/ im mean i sometimes my fps goes lower than 20fps in cs while in other places it can go upto well over 60 
Is there anyway to reset all settings on xp to default or anybody know what i might have done/setting i might have changed
As far as i can remember ive had a fiddle in the v card settings (but ive set all back to default), dxdiag and the My Computer props. Any help would be terrefic.
