Take out the scanlines and work on the background.

Lower the opacity on the scanlines, and work on the background, it's better though.

To meh the colours are to dark evil like so could you try a sig with lighter colours might work out more for u help this help's you

A signature should resemble the creator and how they want it.

Well, Twilight is like evening where its half dark and half light, its a bit darker than light, but thats the way i like it
