First thing's first:
Thanks for everyone who et me add his file to my site!!!
You've done half the job!!!

Well now about the site:
The site's purpose is to take the best files of ESF and bring them to one place!!!

Tell me what do you think (of course files will be added)

couple of problems with that
1. every one likes diffrent things
2. you need to fix the frames the banner portion shouldnt be bigger then the boddy
other then that good idea but thats gonna be annoying to do

try not to make it an annoying pop up attack site.
try to keep your content on one page =P
Bright red might not be a welcoming background colour.

Thing is a free site cannot compete in anyway with a Pay Site, such as RSM . They will just get the bandwidth error after one download. Which is why I cant comment on your layout... I cant even see it.

Samuasuke, you sig is really annoying, the limit is 2 sigs and the size should be kept in 600x200(WxH). I don't like all posts to be extended. It's annoying to read them.

My friend told me he can host my site (Maybe)

yeah 'The Tripod page you are trying to reach has exceeded its hourly bandwidth limit. The site will be available again in 1 hour! ' bummer. I dont know any free webhosting sites that are decent, sorry.
