Its a Prog for Hal-Life and all mods to change some special config and to kick and ban someone.

You can also use the "Glow" that you see in so many servers, set gravity, godmode, noclip. turn people into llamas, bury people., and stuff of that find.... you can also stack people

you can even let someone else command the server.. so multiple server hosts... its a very handy program. but hard to install for beginners.
