was wondering, what release of ESF you like best?
lemme know why..

Beta: best graphics and gameplay, but much lag.

i voted beta 1. i hav at least played alpha 2 to be able to compare and predictably i say beta 1 is a vast improvement upon the mod.

Well, i find it stupid if anyone says
"ahhh yes, that alpha one with crowbar melee, worse graphics less players etc.. really was excillerating"
But you never know, people may have prefered the maps? (i voted beta 1, as you may have guessed)

i go with bobbybaby, beta 1 is an enormous improvement fropm alpha 2 and is a kickass mod!!

Saying the current version isnt the best in my eyes is an insult apon the team, saying your work is getting worse not better.

ESF Beta 1 is the best. Without a doubt.

BUT Aplpha 1 was good too beacuse it was the first ESF release and it started the trend.

I still voted beta 1.0 thouh because it is the bets as far as... everything..

Alpha 1.0 because i like.........alpha 1.0 o_o

You might want to remake this poll when 1.1 comes out. From what I've heard about the melee changes, 1.0 might be better, but well see...

Anyway, Beta 1 is the best by far.

No, the melee changes will only make it better really. But it sucks for ppl who based 100% of their skill on their ability to do the insta counter bug ;P Because they're gonna get wasted now

Hope to let you all know, the first release was Alpha 1.5, not Alpha 1.0. ;P

this is a useless post, i don't know how somebody can think alpha is better than beta, i checked off alpha just to piss u guys off lol

*laughs* That's true. Somehow you alpha fans think that the mod is downgrading rather than upgrading. After ESF exits the beta stages it will be a little more understandable if you choose your favorite version, but any time before is just a bit odd to me.

it sure does.....if I were in the team I would be mad esp. if I ere the coder....

But yet some people like beams more than melee,and the alphas were basically just beams....

and back on topic.....B1.0 of course,but B1.1 draws near
Besides it's got melee in it,but then you can miss the alpha days sometimes

Beta 1 by a longshot its far more fast paced and fun (IMHO) than the alphas heres why....

1.An actual descent melee system not some retarded run-up-and-punch system
2.Vegetas attacks are much easier to counter and arent nearly as frustrating
3.Need i say Graphics?
4. The maps are colossal (compared to the Alpha releases)
5.New characters
6.Gohan krillin and buu actually have models not Gray piccolos
7. The beams are much cooler and so are the PS's
8.Overall its a much better release the mod will only continue improving.

Actually our first release was alpha 1.0 i believe, way back in the days.

Nope, It was 1.0, I was there, and it was the only other mod I played other than Battles of the millinium, I actually still have the zip for 1.0. 1.5 was the 2nd release, and they got rid of the big bang attack in 1.5, and in 1.0 he had it, it looked like a kame, but was faster charged, faster moving, took less ki, and you couldnt control it.

Um... Beta because it kicks the rest of the versions asses?
