ki per kill console command

i cant find a console command that lets you adjust the amount of ki you get when you kill some one. id like to know

I dont think its possible.The ammount of ki per kill depend of the ki your ennemy have.

there is no console command to change how much pl you gain for every kill. There also is no console command to adjust starting PLs. You just gotta play like a mad man.
