i need some help with creating a new server

i need help creating a server when i create one it doesnt show up on my list and i cant view it so can you plz help me. p.s i need help with bots. i hope not to look like a noob in this post im merely asking for help!

ok create a screenname then tell what it is in a pm tell me the exact letters of the screename and stuff like that.

ok....to start up a server....

make a shortcut like so:

C:\Sierra\Counter-Strike\hlds.exe -game esf -port 27016 +maxplayers 8 +map esf_cell_night

now to explain....

-game : game name,in this case ESF
-port : set it to something other than 27015,or else you wont be able to join it!
+maxplayers : sets the maximum players.Preferably 8,because you'd be doing something else as well
+map : what else?It selects what map to use

and now to bots....

bots need a the preceding command bot,like the example below

bot addbot 1 2 Goku

adds a bot called Goku,duh....

pretty much wraps up,and I typed this all in 3 mins w00t?!
