perfect transformation? :S

How can i do perfect transformation?? for excample by piccolo it says perfect transformation 3900000 or somewhat. I went to power level 40000000 with him and stil couldnt transform another time?

There is no Second transformation in 1.0. Perfect means you can ascend with out having to wait here is an example you knwo how piccolo meditates when he transform well when you hit the right power level he can transform without having to go through that. Hope that solves your problem.

Perfect transformation only means it takes no time to transforum. Like the fisrt time you transform it takes a long time to finish.
