well the admin mod makes it easier to use admin commands via bind keys it also adds new features to the game. just check the admin mod website for more details

Basically it just gives you a lot of commands and features that give you more power over the people who enter and play on your server.

Usually you will only want to download admin mod if you are planning to run a server, so if not, don't worry about it. But as they said, its a program that allows for easy commands in game to kick people, get god mode, noclip, and other weird stuff. Again, its really only for people planning on having a server. If not, you could always use simple commands such as "kick playername".

Its just a program for server owners to keep control and have fun with their servers.
