i cannot download the new beta!!! Oktagone is under construction!!!

hello hello.i had a feeling the beta was coming out today so i checked it out.it was out! yahoo! but. when i clicked on the link i get this internet optimizer crap.then i tried going to jus oktagone.net and it says that its closed for construction.:\ ;/ ;(
if anyone already has the download can sumone send it to me?
