1.1 patch?

Could someone who has found a working link of the windows esf 1.1 use a patch program and make a patch thatll update all the files and add new ones or something so I dont have to download 110mb on a 56k, it was enough downloading 1.0 :\

They shoulda just made it a patch instead.
