fmod.dll?

Okay, I replied to my other thread with another question so I guess it's one question per thread. But where can I download the correct fmod.dll for the esf game? I've looked in the Windows folder and it isn't there and I got one from Creative that's at least letting me play the game but I can't set up a server with it. I'd like to host games since I have a fast connection and support the game. Thanks for the help. I think I have 3.1.0.0 version of fmod.dll currently, but I'm not at home.
