Server Error

Tried to host a win server for 1.1. I know that HLDS isn't the problem. For some reason it just won't finish loading a dedicated server. Its not a firewall problem or anything along a networking stand point. Looking for a little help here. Anyone experience a problem like this?

You can play client side fine?

Ya, I can host a lan game and just tool around but it just stops working when trying to host a dedicated. I'm going to try the linux version but I wanted to see if anyone had this problem and at least notify people in the future that it has happened before. I really don't have a clue what the prolem was because I used a fresh install...

What version of HLDS?

The latest version has a problem with ESF.(3.1.1.0)

Try downgrading to 3.1.0.0c if you can find it.
