Another sig

here's another sig i made to USE but um which one is better the one with frames or no frames?

i have one question, how do i make my avator? the ones i make turns out too big so i can't use em... so how do i make it the right size?

Make the damn border smaller man, then it'd be better. And try not to squish the pics, kinda looks crappy.

And a good avatar size is 75x75 pixels.
