blocking in esf

in esf sumtyms when i block sum1.. he ken still hit me with melee..

other tyms when sum1 is blocking.. i ken still hit them with melee..

and is there a good method of countering the counterattack.. cuz it pisses me off when i hit sum1.. and he/she blocks and at that moment hits me with melee..

im pplaying beta1.1.. btw..

Well, if you hit anyone in the back when they are blocking, then you still hit them (when people block, you still do damage to them, but its minor and they dont get hit across the map)
When you hit someone, and they have blocked, its always best to teleport up,down or backwards so they can open up and hit you back (there is a 0.8second delay before people can open up from being hit while blocking, so this gives you chance)

Also, you need Ki to effectively block an attack. If you don't have enough Ki, then you will still be sent flying even though you're blocking.

I recognized that the player doesnt block all the time. somethimes he doesnt react
