Mapeditor

Hi all! Can someone tell me how to make Maps? do you that with the Half Life Mapeditor or with what? Please answer and give me a Link to the editor if there is an other one as the HL-editor.

I know they use the HL mapeditor but I don't know how to use it, it's really complicated:cry:

Version 3.5 is being beta tested right now, so try starting with 3.4.
There are many good tutorials (not for ESF itself though) at that website as well. (http://collective.valve-erc.com), I recommend looking through it.

As with anything, the more you practice, the better you get it at. If you're going to start mapping, practice, practice, practice.

there is a hull file that you need to do something with, like compile it with the map or omsething like that. but don't ask me how! me have no idea =P
