It's from the show Vandread, the guy requested it, I have no clue what kinda show it is really, I'm guessing its about robots lol. And I think the guy requested blue as well, maybe.

Well I used a filter I downloaded called Dragonfly Sinedots or something like that, it makes a wavy kind of pattern, hard to explain, and hard to use, got lucky I guess.
