yeah that is very simple. dont really like to tho. if you gonna make an animated sig, make something small animated. like sparks or something, not a whole person with 3 frames a sec.

what u need to do is flesh the animation out with more frames

and you should also try somthing new with the animation, the blur in out thing is easy, but it gets boring after a while try somthing more origional sort of like what 1m4 has
