forum error

hey there is something wrong with the forum. I have to put my time at gmt +8 hours instead of -8 hours. I like in oregon which is in the pacific usa, and it should be -8 not +8.

Hell mine should be -5 as I live in the eastern time zone but I have to put it at +11 to get the right time. Also the owner is awhere of this but I think it is a problem with the forum program being used.
