the majority of those questions are ones that should be asked in a different section, or are told not to ask by the people that would give you the answers, prettymuch all the good esf downloads are at redsiayan, if it aint there ask search for it,

You should really look around, read the stickies and use the button. You'll be able to find most of your answers like that.

(Oh, and I am also working on a newbie FAQ for the forums and am going to post a compilation of this in the Newbie Central soon.)

As for your questions:
-You can get most of your 'weapons' (sprites), custom models and sounds on www.redsaiyan.net .
-You can't add new characters into ESF without replacing the current ones.
-The next version of ESF will be out when the team has finished working on it and is ready to release it, there is no speculated release date.

what about the 3 tranform?

You can not add new transformations. You can only replace an old model with a new one. Also you can not change attacks. You can only change the way they look.

And also u can find a few models either formatted from 1.0 to 1.1 and i think different auras and other moves and maps and a few new models from

Hmmm...but i maked that Goku transform into ssj3 after ssj,but it has no attacks just stupid blank icon on weapon display...
