the all seeing eye only lasts 30 days before u have to pay, atleast ESF IRC is free :S but u need mirc

i've done a standalone version so you just need that file: http://mrocha.free.fr/esf/ESFirc.exe (based on esfirc1.08)

All Seeing Eye doesnt need to be paid for, i have had mine for a year and a half now, it only bugs you once and a while about registering
