how can i open "ist" files??

you can simply open it with "note pad"

cause it was toled me thet thet how i can edit mods
is thet right couse i want 2 edit ESF and mayB to create my own mod soo u can tell me were can i find the ist files and how can i edit them cause it is code??

i dunno if this is true or false, but if you edit the mod, i think you will not even be able to play with other ppl online ... anyway, if you want it, there is one in the ESF folder , delta.Ist ...

Hmm that won't be easy, if i'm corerct that is the c/cc+ code ... and it's not easy to learn, i mayself can't do it.

but if you realy want:
i suggest to get you some book s at the local library, because you can read it up to in your own language. on your own pace. It's more easier then just the tutorials on the net. which are mostly incomplete.

You would need the open sorce file to be able to edit esf and the team is not about ready to release that for beta 1.0 and up.. I do know they released the open sorce for the alpha 2 version.
