full log does not save

My server was on for about 4hrs then crashed but I don't know why. When I looked at my log file it hadn't saved everything before it crashed. There was about 10mins missing.

Is there a way to get the hlserver save line by line as each event happens instead of saving every so often?

You will have to enable debug in order to see crash reasons.
Be warned though, it will cause your log files to get HUGE.

You will have to add -debug to the command line for starting the server.

I wasn't that interested on finding out why the server crashed, I just wanted to know why it didn't save all the log.
