Yo do anyvon know if you can download extra persons for examble tien or special persons like gotenks or atacks like spirit bomb for cell or others o_o

You can download extra models and sounds and such. But the only place I am familiar with is redsaiyan.net. But as far as I know, it is still down.

You could try gsf-united.de or esf-world.de, both of which have a variety of models to choose from, and I think one (or both) of them have a Tien model.

but the models will only have the attacks of the character they replace, and you cannot download extra moves for players (like spirit bomb for cell)
