I REALLY NEED HELP

Look i just finished downloading cs the upgrade version 1.5 whatever , and once i click on the file it opens to the dowload part so i keep on clicking next, next and next until it gets up to the page where i have to decide where i want to put the new version to ,but where do i put it, do i put it to cs , if it is i did that and it downloads everything when its finished it askes me if i want the game to be in the front page windows crap so i click yes and when i go and click on the game it says The windows is looking for hl.exe and it doesnt find it what do i do how do i upgrade my cs ? PLEASE HELP ME :cry: :cry: :cry:

but i'll answer questions since i like to see people thnk they just got smarter

iif you got the steam version, that needs a new area, if its the hl base one, just in your c:/sierra/half life
