Welcome to the forums.

ESF has a certain set of characters (9 in total), but you can replace these with models available for download at various places. You can look for them using this sticky. The exact number of model/edits that have been made by fans is uncertain, but there are plenty to go around and I'm sure you'll find whatever you are looking for. =]
