wheres the fps threard?

I just reinstalled esf and my fps sux. So i was wondering, where is the thread that tells you the commands that improves fps. I thought it was sticked. And i did search for it, but found nothing so dont tell me "you should use search next time".

Sometimes it can take more than a simple use of the search tool, you actually have to look around at the stickies yourself.
Try doing that next time.
