Quick help needed couldnt find a sprite file.

when i wanna play with bots i create a lan server game and when its about to start it says mod_numforname: sprites/voiceicon.spr file not found. what do i have to do?

Yeah i had the same problem too when downloading this file from this website, i tried getting a random sprite and renaming it to voiceicon.spr but it went to the done precaching resources part and then suddenly went back to windows, anyone know what the problem is here??

one of my friends had the same problem...but i went away when he installed the BOTS....
