error message need help!

i am new to esf and i downloaded this mod the other day but whenever i join a net games it says : remove colored models to play on this server cam sum1 plz tell me what i gotta do to fix this problem? thanks

Restart your comp then run Half-Life. Select another server and that should do it. That works for me but I don't know for other people.

If you have CD (cheating death) it will couse this problem to happen.
