AMX MOD HELP

ok look i want to have amx mod..... on my server but somehow i want to make it a dedicated server.. and i can join it and i have imortalty like the owner..... peoeple say all u do is switch netports but i dont know and i want step by step someone telling me how to install and set up for esf.. amx mod plz i have msn [email protected] i would wish for u to help me plz
