how can i start CTDB mode?help plz plz plz

I´m a noob please how i start capture the dragon ball mode?HELP PLZ

When you're making a game, and you're on the map selection screen, before you click Ok, click Advanced.
You'll see a screen with some settings you can change. There'll be a drop down menu with the game modes there, click on it and select CTDB.
Just keep it mind not all maps have dragonballs in them, but most do.
