how do u turn to be ssj

You press the ascend button (default 'z') when you reach atleast the minimum PL required by your character.
I have a feeling you might ask more simple questions, so please watch the ESF flash manual.
It's a file located in your ESF directory called ESF Manual.

u need to full your "CF" (change form)
and than click on "Z" and than u can transform
