why does the download stop after 108.11mb?

hey all i have been trying to download this mod for weeks now...everytime i start downloading it, it downloads fine until it reaches 108.11 mb out of 108.12! can anyone put a link to a WORKING download site.

You should download it from files section on esf.com

I agree Fileplanet sucks ... but I heard theres a better chance it wont stop from there ... BTW you chould also try getright
