They should make the disc not a instant kill technique, if it is charged half way.
Let's say the disc is charged as a small one and it hits someone, they should get 50% dmg, the more you charge it, the more dmg it gets.
As for the disc travel; if the disc is small, it should fizzle when it reaches a certain distance.
So it's like a snowball on a warm plate, that gets smaller and smaller, POOF.
