STEAM problem with ESF

I'm having trouble finding ESF using STEAM. ESF doesn't come up on the list. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling ESF, but nothing. do i have to do something in STEAM to get teh game on the list?

another quick question. how do i set the controls for the keyboard for ESF? all i get is this.

Maybe its Counter Strike Retial? I heard ESF can run on CS too!

dude... i get the exact same problem! only i put it in the help section. but yeah, for some reason the config.cfg is empty except for a few things. i tried to salvage some commands from other mods to paste into the file, but obviously not too many of them work since every mod has different names for different functions. maybe it has something to do with using different retail versions of CS / HL? either way, it's really annoying.

and download 'ESF steampack 2.0' make sure u dont download 'ESF steampack'
becous in the first version the 'keyboard bug' isnt fixed yet
