When I finish downloading it, it doesn't work

Wait for 10-15 mins, it happens to me 2, just wait a little longer.

I downloaded ESF from esfworld and when I go to install it I get an I/0 error bad installation file. Is there something wrong with the file? Where is everybody downloading the file from? I also went to the other ESF site and when I finished downloading that I double clicked on the exe. and nothing happen and I waited for like 15mins. whats the problem
