How can i train or play a game with bots?

I've got a prob.
I don't know how to play with bots? How can i do this?
Because i just have the game but i don't know how to train with bots. SO SOMEONE PLZ HELP ME!!

first download them at some link found on http://invisionfree.com/forums/esf_bots_forum/index.php?showtopic=11

then install them to your esf folder(IE d:\half-life\esf)
then create a lan game and when your ingame press = to pop up the botmenu then press 1 to add a bot

How can i train or play a game with bots?
