??Model going crazy??

Yes hi, this is my first post, i would like to say esf rules, it's the best DBZ mod ever!! can wait for beta1.2, anyway, the problem is that when i use custom mods like an ssj vegeta which i have, it's fine until i use a beam attack, then he either looks like a blanket or a stick while shooting, when charging the attack it's fine, but when i shoot it goes weird, how do i fix that?

the model you are using probabaly wasnt converted to the current version of esf, find some tuts on how to do it or find someone to do it for you
