"bullet time" in esf would be impossible. Just as it is impossible in the real world. You kids should learn a little somthing, it's called Time Dynamics. Simply put, the world can't all slow down for 1 person, unless it slows down for the rest of the world. So thusly, if you wanted bullet time in ESF, the gameplay would slow down for everyone (including your target).
In a game this works fine, the computer can slow all the opponents down, as they arn't real! But the most simple principles of time dynamics state that you can't do it in a real time environment (IE: real life.)
