Who can make a sig. for me?
if oen of u want to do it for me please make sure dat the sig. has "Mr.ESF" in dat sig.

have you tried PMing one of the sig makers on the list? im sure one of them would like to make a sig for you but you'd have to be more specific about it than that

like:
-dbz - non-dbz?
-which color BG?
-how many and what sort of pics in it?

if you make a sig request like this someone probably will make you one
