how can i get the transformation bar up to full?
It's always in the center and goes a bit up when i press turbo, and then goes back

Right, well depending on the character, you can transform at different powerlevels.

Goku - 1'750'000
Gohan - 1'000'000
Vegeta - 2'000'000
Piccolo - 1'650'000
Cell - 1'900'000
Frieza - 1'800'000
Buu - 3'000'000
Krillin - 3'000'000
Trunks - 1'000'000

To get your powerlevel up, you need to kill/hurt people. (You cannot transform while you have turbo on, so you need to get the powerlevel in a non-turbo state)

You need to get frags......
And there are many ways of increasing yur powerlevel like for instince Buu candy attack and you can wish with the dragon after you got all da balls...

some advice, get a server full of bots/other players and kill kill kill =) , and if no transformation the kill some more, use gohan or trunks for fast trans, for slo use anyone else, obvesiouly the higher the transformation the higher the power level the higher the strength, so it is all worth it no matter who you use

Pretty much everything that has been said here.

All you need to do is fill up your CF bar. Then press Z to transform. The way you fill up your CF bar, is by killing as many people as you can. That's pretty much it, nothing to it.
