alrighty so the new combo system is supposed to be a DDR type thing right?

so lets say you have normal guy vs normal guy. the DDR arrow stays on the screen for lets say 2 seconds. both you and your opponent are around the same PL. the higher your PL gets, the shorter amount of time your arrow stays on the opponents screen.

this way a normal person would have a hard time fighting an SSJ (as it should be) because the arrows would be too fast for him to counter in time.

this could use some touching up but i think you guys get the basic jist of it.

higher PL = less arrow time for opponent with a minimum of.... .5 seconds?
lower PL = max of... 4 seconds arrow time for opponent.

it sounds like a good idea to me, but the max arrow time should be one second
if you disagree count to four, you'll see how long THAT is

well i just put those numbers there for the sake of argument.

like i said, it could use some touching up.

*edit*
by the way incase it wasnt clear in my first post,
this is NOT transformation dependant.
based on your power level.

so a freshly transformed trunks vs a normal buu would yield little to no differance.
