begining a game problem

i have a problem when I create a game first the file voiceicon.spr was missing but I downloaded it...
now when Ì`m starting a lan game, after saying DONE PRECAChING RESOURCES it closes and goes to windows...
also when I open the console (in game options) it closes after a while

if you keep getting errors, try reinstalling esf, or you could try Mr.Satans script, i heard that helps alot of problems with ESF

Hmmm, funnily enough, it shouldnt say "Precaching Resources".

I'm not sure what your problem us but it may help if you tell us whether your running steam or not.
