Help a fool with his server

Can someone help me with my server...the main problem is that its a internet dedicated server, but it will only broadcast over my lan. and im having problems with amx and metamod. Please instant message me if u know how to fix my prob...and put everything in the simplist of terms if u leave a message on the forum....+

You need to forward the half life server port. Default is 27015. How you do this depends on how your LAN is setup i.e do you use a router or do you share the Internet using a computer?

I have a router

Read the Router's manual and look for port forwarding.
