Looking for someone who is very good at making art (sig's) to hook it up with a Sig for me...Preferably looking for something with Goku or Gohan with "Sliq" on it and a nice Red design.

Sure...I would like that, as for the colors u may ask, look at my current sig, same colors. As for the char's, you can throw anyone you want in..(if u want)
