Really n00b question about admin mod that needs help quick

Im getting a LAN party together tomorrow and were playing these games

Halo
Unreal
Quake3
Warcraft3
Starcraft
and ESF

the other ones are fine we are just doing a normal game with those but for ESF we wanted to act out the story a little and i wanted to know if its possible to use this admin mod thing to change powerlevels in the middle of a game when ur hosting it. cause we dont really want to have to do a bunch of dragonball hunts in the game to get the right powerlevels.

if its possible to do it can someone please give me step by step instructions to do it starting from installing admin mod or metamod or whatever its called

Don't think its possible to change the power level to what ever you want, even with admin mod. esf_cellarena has all the dragonballs together, so maybe you could use that map.

Sorry but the powerlevels are not adjustable.

The team coded it that way for a reason.
