Yes, this is my first animated SIG.
I made all the layers and images in Photoshop, and transferred them to Imageready for the animation and tweening.

The GIF is done pretty well but there's a few problems with it. You have tons of duplicate frames which just needlessly increases file size. Also, reducing the amount of colors used in the GIF decreases file size. If you get Ulead GIF Animator 5, I can help you out for compressing the size a bit.

Just by deleting excess frames I got the GIF to 500kb, by halving the amount of colors it's 380kb.

I didn't bother to get the timing exact, just an example

Yes, I know I know there are alot of frames.
But, I want people to be able to read the First Frame.
Also, reducing the colors reduces image quality.
And that looks yucky.

But thanks for your advice.
I will get this program you speak of.
I am new at the GIF thing.

Mmm I can't really tell any difference in image quality, but I don't use filters alot so I wouldn't know. Just so you know, I only had 1 frame for the first one and you can read it fine, no? You just have to edit the frame times. (3 seconds for that one)

Also if you're using a lot of frames (over 50) than it causes distortion on slower PCs (Like mine.. 1.2ghz and I see chunks in the GIF)

Well, I didn't know how to do timings, that's why I had all the frames.
