PLEASE HELP

Please help me someone I cant join servers when i try to join it almost connects me but then it says requesting pldecal.wad from server and it then stops loading i waited agesbut it didnt load it please help

do you have a pldecal.wad file in your esf folder? (just guessing what it could b)

yes but ineed to know how to fix it i also get this other error it says initializing tracker then says tracker error trackerUl.dll not loading
